Dear Esteemed Members of the Malaysian Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (MOFAS),

It is a profound honor to assume the role of Chairman of MOFAS. I wish to express my heartfelt appreciation to our past leaders, whose dedication and vision have laid the strong foundation upon which our society proudly stands today. It is my privilege to continue building upon this legacy together with all of you.

With over a decade of focused experience in foot and ankle surgery, I bring to this position a deep commitment to advancing clinical excellence, research, and innovation. My training in Switzerland and the United Kingdom provided invaluable exposure to global best practices and reinforced the importance of international collaboration in elevating our specialty.

My vision for MOFAS is to further strengthen our position as a regional leader in education, innovation, and patient care. With the collective support of our members, we aim to broaden research initiatives, expand platforms for knowledge exchange, and enhance community outreach. Innovation will remain a central pillar of our mission, driving progress and excellence in all aspects of our work.

I firmly believe that the true strength of MOFAS lies in its members. Your expertise, dedication, and passion are invaluable as we navigate the society’s future. I encourage each of you to remain engaged, contribute your ideas, and collaborate wholeheartedly.
